Pet policy: Our apartments are a pet-friendly community, yet certain dog breed restrictions exist for all new residents&nbsp; Apartments are limited to one pet under thirty (30) pounds, full-grown, spayed/neutered, current rabies shots.&nbsp; Pet fee is non-refundable and is $300 plus $15 per month pet rent.<br /><br />Emotional Support animals are welcomed (If disability is not readily apparent) with a letter from a Licensed Therapist, Social Worker, Psychiatrist or other mental health professional stating the animal provides emotional support that alleviates one or more of the identified symptoms or effects an existing disability. &nbsp;<br /><br />Exotic pets (snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects &amp; spiders) not permitted.&nbsp; No guest&rsquo;s pets allowed on premises.&nbsp; Pet charges apply for excessive pet damages &amp; may constitute break of lease. &nbsp; (No pit bulls, Rottweiler&rsquo;s, Dobermans, German shepherds, malamutes, bull Terriers, wolf-dog hybrids, chow-chows, or great Danes.)&nbsp; If any pet is aggressive, even if not listed, resident understands any aggressive pet is not allowed to remain on property).&nbsp; Management will require pet removal if pet is aggressive toward other pets or people.&nbsp; <br /><br />Weight restrictions apply (30 lbs.).&nbsp; Many large pets need room to move. Even a large, spacious apartment may not allow a pet needed room to run or move during the day, especially if the resident is not present, resulting in anxious, unhealthy, aggressive pets, or pets that &lsquo;act out&rsquo; by damaging belongings they wouldn&rsquo;t normally do if they had an unobstructed space to exercise completely.&nbsp; One pet per apartment. Request for exceptions to pet policy must be in writing. Cats: declawed, spayed/neutered.&nbsp;&nbsp; Dogs: spayed/neutered. &nbsp; If resident brings unauthorized pet onto property, $500, plus a $10 per day, non-refundable pet fee is accessed.&nbsp; Unauthorized pet violations are cause for eviction.
